Brad Winton is a former college player and spent five years coaching at the collegiate level as well as one year at the pro level. After moving on from the coaching profession he founded Elite Basketball Services.

Along with his duties running the day to day operations of Elite Basketball Services he is heavily involved with the All-American JUCO Showcase and Hoop Exchange events, he serves as the National Director of Scouting for EBS Scouting/The JUCO Recruiting Report, runs JucoRecruiting.com and writes for SLAM Magazine. EBS Scouting is a national scouting service that four-year colleges and universities from across the U.S. heavily rely upon for info on the nation’s players.  JucoRecruiting.com is the number one source for junior college basketball recruiting coverage. Brad also covers junior college prospects for Ryan Blake(NBA Scouting Director). The reports he sends to Blake go out to all NBA and D-League teams.

Scott Golden is the VP of Basketball for EBS. He is also the Co-Director of the All-American JUCO Showcase and the Hoop Exchange. Scott has 11 years of experience in running successful high-level basketball events, scouting and training upper echelon high school/college players. He has also helped hundreds of players move on to the college level.

Along with his duties with the All-American JUCO Showcase and the Hoop Exchange, he also contributes to JucoRecruiting.com, trains many of the top high school and college players in Florida and is a partner/national scout EBS Scouting/The JUCO Recruiting Report.
